Insufficient lighting in rooms!!! Stuffy air. Cleaning methods raise hygiene concerns!!! Limited selection of tea during health emergencies is shocking!!! Improvements needed in room sizes and storage!!!

The hotel was clean and luxury, had magnificent views of the beach. Location: the property was near the centre of Patong Beach and many restaurants and shops. There was cafe The Coffee Club, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

A hidden gem near the beach

The staff greeted us with warm smiles and immediately offered towels for a refreshing shower after our long trip. The room was modern and impeccably clean.

It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with the fridge and comfortable bed plus birthday cake and that's great. The breakfast was savoury and very very good at the coffee club, the best we had in Patong. The location was good, at a moderate distance from an elaborate mall.

Just back from my stay, and I really enjoyed the location right by the main street! The breakfast spread was awesome with new dishes every day. Only downside? No soundproofing meant noisy neighbors were an occasional problem. Still, can't complain too much!

Just a nice choice for a quick weekend visit in Patong with good value for money. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset after a day out. Be sure to ask for extra towels at the pool area. They were super helpful.

I was thoroughly impressed by the attentive staff were very good, especially Maew at reception, who helped with a personal request. The rooftop pool offered fine sunset views and a refreshing escape from the busy streets nearby. The location was ideal, just a minute's walk from vibrant local eateries and bars. One downside was the limited happy hour options at the bar, which could use more drink selections to enhance the experience.
